Filling the Fuel Tank

CAUTION: Handle fuel with caution as it is highly flammable. DO NOT FILL UP near any flame, people smoking or anywhere there are sparks, cinders etc. Always stop engine before refueling machine. Refuel outdoors whenever possible. Prevent fires by keeping machine clean of accumulated debris. Always clean up spilled fuel.

Fill the fuel tank at the end of each day's operation to prevent condensation of water in the tank.

Fuel tank:

Approximate capacity.............. 100 L (26.4 U.S.gal.)

IMPORTANT: Fuel tank has a sealed cover. If a new cap is necessary, always replace it with a sealed cap. Use Genuine John Deere Parts.
