Center Link Position

CQ279486-UN-09FEB07
Center link support has holes that provide three hitch positions.
The positions directly affect the sensitivity and draft force.
Move center link connection point to upper holes (A) or (C)
if:
-
The hitch moves excessively while working with draft control.
-
The rear part of the implement comes up too much when raised.
The weight of the implement that can be raised reduces slightly if
connected to the center link through one of its lower holes.
-
The adjustment range of the draft control lever is too small.
Move hitch point of center link to lower holes (A) or (B) if:
-
The hitch does not seem to respond to draft control function
and also allows engine speed reduce too much before raising hydraulic
hitch.
-
The rear part of the implement drags on the ground when implement
is raised.
NOTE: Category I implements whose central arms are 457 mm (18
in) high, normally use the two lower holes, those of category II whose
central arms are 483 mm (19 in) use the two upper holes.
