  1. Make sure the drawbar does not get in the way, moving it forward or removing if necessary. Check there are no other points of interference.

    CAUTION: Prevent unexpected movement of hydraulic hitch by putting draft control lever forward (disconnected position) before coupling hitch implement.

  2. Back up tractor to implement (B) so that hitch points are aligned with each other. Put transmission in park (P) and stop the engine before leaving the tractor.

  3. Fit the hitch arms to implement pins (C) and secure them with locking pins.

    NOTE: Locking pins can be stored on the hitch arms when not in use.

  4. To remove the center link of the transport hook, lift lock (A) of center link and turn pawl (B).

  5. Couple link to upper arm of implement.

  6. Adjust center link and lift arms as necessary. (See “Leveling Hitch” in this section).

  7. Use position control lever (A) to lower implement.

    CAUTION: To avoid injuries or damage to machine when connecting an implement, a quick coupler or any other device to the 3-point hitch, check the complete working range for interference, hanging or separation from PTO.
