Adjusting Headlight Focus

Park tractor on level surface, with lights 8 m (26 ft) from
a wall.

Measure light height above ground (A). Fix a piece of tape at
this height (B).

Attach a piece of adhesive tape, folded at its center point
to form an upward point on the upper part of hood.

Look over the steering wheel and the hood to find center line
of tractor. Mark the center line point on tape (C).

From center line (C) of tractor mark a point 130 mm (5.12 in.)
in both directions (D) from the line. This mark identifies a point
directly in front center of each headlight.

Move light switch to low beam.

Mark the small light zone projected by each light. Cover the
other bulbs if necessary. Upper zone (E) should be 130 mm (5.12 in.)
below the tape. Left-hand (F) of zone should be 130 mm (5.12 in.)
to the left of marked light point (D).
