Installing Front Counterweights

Tractor allows one counterweight base (A) with a maximum of 10 front counterweights.

IMPORTANT: Tighten attaching bolts (B) to 600 N.m (440 lb-ft).

Each additional counterweight weighs 50 kg (110 lbs).

A weight increase of 10 Kg (22 lb) ballasts the front axle 12 kg (26 lb) approx.

NOTE: With two weights configuration, tighten bolt (C) to 120 N.m, for other configurations the torque value is 215 N.m.

IMPORTANT: If it is necessary to tow a tractor uphill or to free a mired machine under application of great traction force, install at least 4 front counterweights and tow through pin (D).
