A - Steering rod

B - Inner rod

C - Lock nut

1. Loosen lock nut (C) on both sides of steering rod (A).
2. Adjust left-hand and right-hand side evenly turning inner rod (B) to one side or the other to obtain a greater or smaller length, as necessary, to obtain a toe-in of 3-6 mm (1/8-1/4 in.).

   Steering rod turn	Approximate adjustment of toe-in
   1/2 turn	8 mm (5/16 in.)
   1 turn	16 mm (5/8 in.)

3. Tighten lock nuts to specification.
