Preparing Implements
When coupling Category I implements (A) to tractor
it may be necessary to widen sway bars to avoid restriction of full
hitch elevation.

A - Category I
B - Category II
Category I 3-point hitch (A) is narrower and it is used with
smaller implements than those used with Category II (B). Consult
the following table to identify the implement category.
Implements for Category II hitches (B) must have upper hole
of implement arm at 483 mm (19 in.) above lower pins. Perforate another
hole in the upper arm and extend it, if necessary.
