To increase engine speed, push hand throttle (A) forward.

To temporarily increase engine speed, exceeding the speed fixed by the hand throttle, press down on foot throttle pedal (B).

When driving on public roads, only use accelerator pedal. Leave the hand throttle in slow idle position.
