Coupling Up PTO Driven Implement

   Align drawbar (A) parallel to PTO shaft and lock it in this position. Observe distance (B) from end of PTO shaft to the bolt hole at the end of the drawbar.

2. Couple implement to tractor before connecting cardan shaft to power take-off.

3. With engine switched off, slightly turn shaft to align splines. Connect cardan shaft to power take-off drive shaft. Apply outward force to shaft to make sure it is firmly coupled.

   Check if guards are in place and in good condition.

   • Only operate power take-off if main guard is correctly installed.
   • With engine shut off, check integrated guards of cardan shaft and make sure the are turning freely on the shaft.
