Replacing Engine Fan Belt - 5075E Tractor

1. Remove starter key from tractor before starting work on engine.

   Pull catch (A) and raise hood.

2. Remove cap screws (B) and shield (C).

3. Release nuts (D) and (E) to release tension of belt (F).

4. Remove old belt from pulleys by cutting it free.

5. Install new belt routing it between engine fan and protective guard. Turn engine fan as belt is installed.

6. Tension belt (F) by tightening alternator.

   At the same time the alternator is pulled in tighten nuts (D) and (E).

7. Reinstall guard (C) and secure through bolts (B).

8. Close hood.
