Replacing Engine Fan Belt - 5078E, 5085E and 5090E Tractors

1. Remove starter key from tractor before starting work on engine.

   Pull catch (A) and raise hood.

2. Remove cap screws (B) and (C) and remove guard (D).

3. Remove old belt (E) from pulleys by cutting it free.

4. Install new belt routing it between engine fan and protective guard. Turn engine fan as belt is installed.

5. Tension belt (E) through automatic tensioner (F). To do so, insert a socket and pull it in the direction indicated by arrow.

6. Reinstall guard (D) and secure through bolts (C) and (B).

7. Close hood.
