Inspect and Adjust Air Compressor Belt (5075M Cab)

Replace if worn or damaged.

NOTE: Run engine for 5 minutes to warm a cold belt. Let a hot belt cool for 15 minutes before adjustment.

    A - Idler Pulley Cap Screw

    B - Idler Pulley

    Check tension by pressing belt midway between pulleys. Belt deflection must be to specification.

  2. Adjust tension by loosening idler pulley cap screw (A).
  3. Apply pressure to idler pulley (B) by pulling it towards right side of tractor.
  4. Tighten idler pulley cap screw.
