B - Rear PTO Switch

C - Remote PTO Switch

To operate rear PTO from outside cab:

  • Press remote PTO enable control switch (A).
  • Push rear PTO switch (B) down and forward.

PTO does not start at this stage; a continuous whistle signal is heard and hazard warning lights flash. Rear PTO can now be switched on from outside cab as follows:

  • Press remote PTO switch (C) on fender. Rear PTO slowly starts up, hazard warning lights go out but rear turn signal light remains on (see arrow).
  • Release fender control switch (C) within 4 seconds. Rear PTO coasts down, whistle signal stops, and hazard warning lights flash.

If rear PTO is to be operated for an extended period of time:

  • Press fender control switch (C) for at least 4 seconds until rear turn signal light (see arrow) goes out.

To switch off rear PTO:

  • Press remote PTO switch (C) — the whistle signal sounds intermittently and hazard warning lights flash — or pull back rear PTO switch (B) in the cab .

NOTE: If rear PTO is switched on in cab, rear PTO may be switched off at remote PTO switch (C), but cannot be switched on again without re-entering cab.
