Replace Halogen Work Light Bulb

A - Screws

B - Bracket

C - Harness Connector

D - Halogen Light Housing

CAUTION: See “Handle Halogen Light Bulbs Safely” in this section.

NOTE: Bulb replacement procedures for front, side, rear, and auxiliary work lights are the same.

  1. Tilt light outward and remove two screws (A) from the light bracket (B).

  2. Disconnect harness connector (C) from the light housing (D). A protective connector cover may need to be removed.

  3. Rotate bulb and remove from housing.

  4. Install new bulb in the housing.

  5. Reinstall in reverse order.
