Speed Matching

When shifting ranges multi-range mode (BCD, CD), the transmission shifts to a gear that matches the speed in the current selected range and gear.

Speed matching shifts up or down based on wheel speed during range shifts. Speed matching minimizes acceleration or deceleration when the clutch re-engages after a range shift and maintains consistent ground speed.
