A - ECO Button

ECO mode allows the operator to set a lower minimum rpm that can be activated by depressing the ECO button (A). When Eco mode is activated, the transmission shifts up and engine throttles back in order to try to maintain ground speed at the lower engine rpm.

In many cases, operators choose to utilize Eco mode in lower load conditions, such as transport. For tough field conditions, Eco mode is typically turned off.

By adjusting ECO-minimum rpm and Minimum rpm in the transmission settings, the machine operates at two minimum rpm setting simply by toggling ECO on and off. See “Transmission Settings” in this section.
