SFA is an electro-hydraulic operated front axle suspension that
is self-leveling or manually positioned by the operator. The suspension
tries’s to maintain the position selected by the operator during
operation on the road or in the field. The independent suspension
reduces body "roll" while operating on uneven surfaces.
IMPORTANT: Check for adequate clearance with SFA when attaching
front mounted implement.
The mode selection switch (A) controls the front axle suspension
in Off, Manual, or Auto state. The mode selections operate as follows:
-
Off (B): Suspension drains all hydraulic pressure allowing the
machine to settle to the lowest position.
-
Manual (C): Machine height is adjusted to the operator preference
by using the raise and lower switch (E).
-
Auto (D): Suspension keeps machine height at a constant centered
position regardless of load or terrain.
The manual raise and lower switch (E) allows the operator to
raise or lower the height of the front of the machine. Select raise
(F) or lower (G) when the mode selection switch (A) is the manual
(C) position.
