Winterize Cooling System

IMPORTANT: Draining cooling system WILL NOT protect against freezing if antifreeze is weak, since system does not drain completely.

1. Prior to cold weather, be sure cooling system contains 50 to 67 percent antifreeze. (See Fuels, Lubricants, and Coolants section.)

2. After adding antifreeze, run engine until reaches operating temperature. This mixes solution uniformly and circulates it through the entire system.
