Stop the Engine

IMPORTANT: Certain engine parts are cooled by engine oil. Stopping a hot engine could cause damage by overheating or lack of lubrication.

    A - Hand Throttle

    B - Key Switch

    Pull hand throttle (A) back to slow idle.


  2. Put gear shift lever in PARK or NEUTRAL, and allow engine to idle for 2—5 minutes.

  3. For PR Transmission, put EH directional reverser lever in NEUTRAL.

  4. Lower all equipment to the ground, put all SCV levers in NEUTRAL, and disengage PTO.

  5. Turn key switch (B) to STOP and remove key from switch.
