As Required, Every 10, and 50 Hour Service Chart

Service as required

• Checking and adjusting hand brake lever.
• Bleeding fuel system.
• Clean primary air filter element. (Indicated by the air restriction indicator.)
• Cleaning grille screens, radiator, oil cooler or A/C condenser.
• Adjust 540E PTO throttle limiter — SS.
• Adjust 540E PTO throttle limiter — SS.
• Adjust 540E PTO without throttle limiter —SS.
• Warming hydraulic system oil.
• Check selective control valve.
• Servicing air conditioner (Cab).
• Adjust throttle friction.
• Inspect ROPS for loose hardware.

Every 10 hours

• Keep cab protection system installed properly (during the first 10 hours).
• Check engine oil level.
• Check coolant level.
• Check fuel system water separator.
• Drain water and sediment from fuel tank.
• Checking tires.
• Tighten wheel hardware (during the first 10 hours).

Every 50 hours

• Keep cab protection system installed properly.
• Inspect ROPS for loose hardware (during the first 50 hours).
• Check and adjust clutch pedal free pay.
• Adjust PTO clutch operating rod. (In case of constant use.)
• Check transmission-hydraulic system oil level.
• Lubricate MFWD axle.
• Lubricate 2WD front axle — high clearance. [Front axle pivot pin, steering cylinder pivot pins — Every 50 hours. Steering spindles — Every 50 hours under moist or muddy conditions or extreme loads (frontal loader)].
• Lubricate 2WD front axle [Front axle pivot pin, steering cylinder pivot pins — Every 50 hours. Steering spindles — Every 50 hours under moist or muddy conditions or extreme loads (frontal loader)].
• Lubricate 3-point hitch.
• Inspect all tires.
• Clean and check battery. (Under warm climate conditions.)
• Lubricate front axle wheel bearings — 2WD. [Under moist or muddy conditions or extreme loads (frontal loader).]
• Tighten wheel hardware (during the first 50 hours).
