Every 100 and 250 Hour Service Chart

First 100 hours

• Change engine oil and filter.
• Check front loader mounting bracket installation cap screws tensions.
• Inspecting and replacing alternator/fan belt.
• Inspecting and replacing alternator/fan belt.
• Change planetary drive oil.
• Change MFWD axle oil.

Every 125 hours

• Change engine oil and filter if diesel fuel has a sulfur content greater than 0.7 percent.

Every 250 hours

• Lubricate 2WD front axle — high clearance. [Steering spindles — Every 250 hours (under normal conditions).]
• Lubricate 2WD front axle. [Steering spindles — Every 250 hours (under normal conditions).]
• Check front loader mounting bracket installation cap screws tensions.
• Replacing fuel filter — OOS.
• Clean and check battery.
• Check neutral start system — mechanical PTO.
• Check planetary drive oil level.
• Check MFWD axle oil level.
• Inspect tractor for loose hardware.
• Cleaning cab air filters.
