Every 500, 1000, 1200, and 2000 Hour Service Chart

Every 500 hours

• Inspecting and replacing alternator/fan belt.
• Replacing fuel filter — cab.
• Cleaning water separator.
• Replace primary fuel filter.
• Checking air restriction indicator performance.
• Checking neutral start system — EH PTO.
• Lubricate rear axle bearings.
• Lubricate front axle wheel bearings — 2WD.
• Pack front wheel bearings (adjustable front axle). [Under moist or muddy conditions or extreme loads (frontal loader).]

Every 1000 hours

• Change planetary drive oil.
• Change MFWD axle oil.
• Check hoses and hose clamps.
• Clean engine crankcase vent tube.
• Replace primary and secondary air filter elements. (Every 1000 hours/Annually, whatever occurs first or after 6 cleanness of primary element.)
• Check unloader valve condition.
• Change transmission-hydraulic oil and filter.
• Clean transmission hydraulic pickup screen.
• Check front axle end play — 2WD.
• Adjust rockshaft.
• Pack front wheel bearings (adjustable front axle).

Every 1200 hours

• Change high crop rear axle oil.

Every 2000 hours

• Adjust engine valve clearance and fuel injectors.
• Check engine idle speeds.
• Flush cooling system and replace thermostat. (Every 2000 hours/2 years, whatever occurs first.)
• Replacing thermostat.
