Ballasting Front End for Transport
CAUTION: Additional front ballast may be needed for transporting
rear-mounted implements. When implement is raised, drive slowly over
rough ground, regardless of how much ballast is used.
CAUTION: Weights are heavy. Use proper lifting equipment. Approximate
weight of starter weights is: 80 kg (176 lb) for 5082E, 5090E and
5090EH; and 125 kg (276 lb) for 5076E, 5076EL and 5090EL. Approximate
weight of Quik-Tatch™ weights is 47 kg (103 lb).

Installing Quik-Tatch™ Weights: One starter weight and
up to 10 Quik-Tatch™ weights can be installed on the front of
the tractor.

Install weights in pairs, one on each side of center (A).

To hold weights in place, run retaining bolts (B) through holes
from side-to-side. Tighten to specification.
