Adjusting Loader Bucket Self-Leveling Linkage

1. Position bucket level on ground. Stop engine.

2. Hold loader bucket lever in bucket rollback position.

3. Remove cap screw (A) and linkage cover (B).

4. Measure gap between stop tube (C) and bell crank (D). Gap should be 1 mm (0.04 in.). (Front edge of bell crank should be vertical within 5°.

5. Loosen jam nut (E), remove cotter pin, and pin (F).

6. Turn yoke (G) to adjust length of rod to correct gap.

7. Install pin and cotter pin.

8. Tighten jam nut.
