SERVICE INTERVALS

Service your machine at intervals shown on this chart. Also, perform service on items at multiples of the original requirement. For example, at 500 hours also service those items (if applicable) listed under 250 hours, 100 hours, 50 hours, and 10 hours or daily.

As Required

• Inspect belt

• Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

• Inspect tires and check pressure

• Grease MFWD drive shaft spline (if equipped)

• Check loader and backhoe boom locks

• Grease extendible dipperstick (if equipped)

• Clean or replace cab fresh air and recirculation filters (if equipped)

• Grease non-powered front wheel bearings (if equipped)

• Inspect and clean hydraulic reservoir fill screen

  

Every 10 Hours or Daily

• Check engine oil level

• Grease backhoe pivot points

• Grease loader pivot points

• Grease front axle and steering cylinder pivots

• Grease stabilizers and pivots

• Grease MFWD front axle U-joints (if equipped)

• Grease backhoe bucket linkage pivots and cylinder rod ends

  

Weekly

• Check coolant level

  

REQUIRED PARTS

Ensure machine performance and availability; use only genuine John Deere parts. Verify part numbers are current and that any associated parts are also on hand, i.e., filter O-rings.
