IMPORTANT: Switch adjustment should be set to prevent boom cylinder from hitting the stop at end of travel.

3. Put boom height kickout switch (A) on operator's side panel to ON.

4. Loosen hex nuts (C). Move switch (B) towards cab until light (D) turns on. Move it back until light turns off.

5. Ensure the boom is as far to the left on its pivot pins as possible.

6. Inspect air gap between switch (B) and loader frame, it must be 5-8 mm (0.197- 0.315 in.)

7. If air gap is out of specifications, loosen hex nuts and adjust switch (B) to get correct air gap. Light (D) should turn on.
