Replace Hydraulic Oil Return Suction Filter

causym CAUTION: Prevent possible injury from unexpected machine movement. Install frame locking bar before changing filter.

1. Turn vent knob (C) to relieve system pressure.

2. Loosen nuts (A), turn and remove cover (B).

NOTE: Some metal shavings are normal, however, if large amounts of metal shavings are present on the magnet, inspect hydraulic system components for wear and/or damage. See your authorized dealer.

3. Inspect magnet (D) for signs of metal shavings. Wipe the magnet clean.

4. Remove filter element (E).

5. Install a new filter element.

6. Replace O-ring (F).

7. Install cover and tighten nuts.

8. Tighten vent knob.
