Check Brake/Inching Pedal Linkage Adjustment

With brake/inching pedal at its highest (not depressed) state, measure distance (A) from top of pedal (C) to floor plate (D). Distance should be 210 mm (8.26 in.).

With brake/inching pedal pressed down to the point that the brakes begin to be applied (some additional resistance can be felt at this point), measure distance (B) from top of pedal (C) to floor plate (D). Distance should be 185 mm (7.28 in.).

Adjust as necessary. (See Adjusting Brake/Inching Pedal Linkage in Maintenance chapter.)
