Draining the Cooling System
CAUTION:
Explosive release of fluids from pressurized cooling system can cause serious burns
Shut off engine. Only remove filler cap when cool enough to touch with bare hands. Slowly loosen cap to first stop to relieve pressure before removing completely.
1.
Check upper (A) and lower (B) radiator hoses for cracks and leaks. Replace, if necessary.
2.
Tighten clamps.
3.
Check radiator, oil cooler and air to air cooler for dirt, damage, leaks, and loose or broken mountings. Clean radiator, oil cooler and air to air cooler.
