Removing Batteries

1. Turn off battery disconnect (A) before disconnecting cables.

2. Remove cap screws and washers (A).

3. Remove battery box cover (B).

causym CAUTION: The rear battery terminal is grounded and must be disconnected first, regardless of which battery is being removed.

4. Disconnect negative (-) battery cable (A) first, then positive (+) cable (B).

5. Remove cap screws (C) and bracket (D).

6. Lift batteries out of compartment.
