| · Lubricate oscillating rear axle |

| Oil Sampling |
| Oil samples should be taken from each system prior to its recommended drain/change interval indicated on this form. Maintenance recommendations supplied by OILSCAN will be provided based upon the oil analysis and operating information you supply. Regular oil sampling will extend the operational life of your machine's systems. |
