Brake/Inching Pedal Linkage Adjustment
The following adjustment procedure consists of two stages-Initial Adjustments and Operating Adjustment. Make sure to perform the Initial Adjustments before proceeding to the Operating Adjustment.
Initial Adjustments
1.
With the brake/inching pedal (C) at the fully raised position, measure distance (A) from top of pedal to floor plate (D).

2.
Turn pedal height adjustment screw (E) (located between pedal arm and floor plate) as necessary to obtain proper measurement.
3.
Depress brake/inching pedal until resistance is felt (brakes start to apply). Measure distance (B) from top of pedal (C) to floor plate (D).

4.
If distance (B) is not to specification, loosen lock nut (F).
5.
Adjust brake linkage until measurement is to specification. Tighten lock nut.
