| Service your machine at intervals shown on this chart. Also, perform service on items at multiples of the original requirement. For example, at 500 hours also service those items (if applicable) listed under 500 hours, 250 hours, 50 hours and 10 hours or daily. |
| · Check tire pressure |
· Fill and charge pressurized water system |
| · Check wheel cap screw torque |
· Drain fuel tank sump |
| · Check air cleaner restriction indicator |
· Check and drain water separator |
| · Check fire extinguisher |
· Check radiator, oil cooler and charge air cooler |
| · Check air conditioning condenser |
|
| · Check hydraulic system oil level |
· Check air cleaner dust cup/unloader valve |
| · Check recovery tank coolant level |
· Check charge air cooler-if equipped. |
| · Check engine oil level |
|
| · Lubricate lift cylinders and arms |
· Lubricate oscillation supports, rear axle |
| · Lubricate hydraulic steering cylinder pivots |
· Lubricate tilt cylinders, arms, arm links |
| · Lubricate articulation points |
· Check cab fresh air filter, clean if necessary |
