Replace Primary Fuel Filter (Water Separator)

1. Pull a vacuum on fuel tank or drain fuel so level is below filters.

2. Turn filter assembly (3) counterclockwise to remove. Allow sediment to drain into a container. Dispose of waste properly.

3. Turn sediment bowl (4) counterclockwise to remove from filter assembly.

4. Clean filter base.

5. Install new filter. (Follow instructions on filter.)

6. Clean sediment bowl and install on new filter.

7. Bleed fuel system. Turn pump (2) counterclockwise until released from housing.

8. Open bleed screw (1).

9. Press pump until fuel free of bubbles flows from bleed screw.

10. Close bleed screw and pump.

11. Dispose of waste properly.

NOTE: Approximate fuel tank capacity is 284 L (75 gal).
