Operating in Water, Mud or Snow

After operating the machine on very soft ground, it may be necessary to clean the track frame area.

Swing upperstructure 90° and lower shear/saw head to ground. Make sure to keep the angle (A) between boom and arm 90-110°.

Run the track back and forth to remove mud and dirt from the tracks. Clean track often during cold weather to prevent damage to track components.

Grease all working tool pivots every 10 hours.

NOTE: Track sag may need adjustment.

Be careful not to operate the machine in water or mud above the swing bearing; causing the swing bearing and rotary manifold to be submerged.
