No Hydraulic Functions

Pilot shut-off solenoid switch in left arm rest misadjusted or malfunctioning.

Adjust or replace switch.

Pilot pressure reset switch.

Replace switch.

Pilot pressure relay.

Replace relay.

Poor connection or harness malfunction.

Repair as required. See your authorized dealer.

Pilot shut-off solenoid stuck.

Replace solenoid.

Pilot pump.

Replace pump. See your authorized dealer.

Pilot filter (bronze) clogged.

Clean or replace filter.

Pilot pressure regulating valve set too low.

Some Functions Cannot Be Operated, All Other Functions Are Normal

Stuck spool in control valve.

See your authorized dealer.

Pilot controller (front end and propel).

See your authorized dealer.

Switch in controller handle.

Faulty solenoid at the control valve.

Replace solenoid. See your authorized dealer.

Broken wire or poor connection in harness between controller switches and solenoids at the control valve.

All Functions Slow

Low pilot system pressure.

Low hydraulic flow from the main hydraulic pump.

See your authorized dealer.

Temperature below 0°C (32°F)
