Install Caster Wheels

1. 
   TCAL46505-UN-12APR13

   Lift up the front of the mower deck and block the front edge (A) about 30 cm (12 in.) off of floor using jack stands or hardwood blocks.

   TCAL46506-UN-12APR13

   Remove the axle assembly from the front caster wheel bracket (B) by removing the nylock nut (C), bushing (D), and pulling the axle bolt (E) from the bracket. Repeat for caster wheel bracket on other side of mower deck.

   TCAL46507-UN-12APR13

   Clean the axle bushing (F) if needed, and apply a light coat of recommended grease on bushing.

4. Insert bushing into caster wheel (G), and install wheel into caster bracket (H).

5. Install axle bolt through caster wheel bracket and caster wheel. Secure axle bolt with nylock nut.

6. Repeat for caster wheel on other side of mower deck.

7. Lower mower deck down to ground.

8. Add recommended grease to grease fitting on caster wheel until it can be seen seeping out of wheel bearings on both sides of wheel. Repeat for other caster wheel.

9. Set caster tire pressure to specification.
