Install PTO Shaft

1. 
   TCAL46508-UN-12APR13

   Release the shield lock tab (A) using a screwdriver or similar tool and flip it (B) toward the center of the drive shaft.

2. Grasp the drive shaft yoke and rotate the inner white ring (C) to release the outer shield (D).

   Slide the shield (E) away from the yoke (F).

   Pull back rubber shield (G) on top of mower deck to access the gearbox input shaft (H).

   Remove tape (I) from gearbox input shaft. Clean shaft with a wire brush. Do not remove shaft key (J).

   Install yoke (K) onto input shaft, lining up key and slot on shaft with the yoke.

7. Install M10x50 flange head cap screw (L) from bag of parts into yoke and tighten securely.

   Slide shield (M) over yoke, rotate inner white ring (N) and engage tab (O) to lock shield.

   TCAL46514-UN-12APR13

   Fold the rubber shield (P) around the drive shaft shield and secure with three push retainers (Q).

10. Remove plastic bag from each chain on the drive shaft shield.
