Install Brackets for Mower Deck Sheave Cover

    Remove and retain nuts (A). Remove debris guard guide (B).

    Viewed from right rear of mower deck.

    Install rear support bracket assembly with label (C) at the rear of the right side spindle as shown.


  3. Loosely secure rear support bracket assembly with nut (D) removed earlier.

  4. Replace the spindle stud bolts with two M8x40 mm hex flange head bolts (E).

  5. Use three M8 washers (F) between the deck shell and the debris guard guide.

  6. Use one M8 washer (G) on top of the rear support bracket assembly.

  7. Install debris guard guide (H) on top of the washers.

  8. Install nuts (I) removed earlier finger tight.

    Install rubber latch (J) through the front support bracket (K).


  10. Remove and retain existing nuts (L).

  11. Install front support bracket over spindle studs.

  12. Install nuts removed earlier finger tight.

    Place belt cover (M) on brackets to ensure proper fit up.


  14. Tighten all hardware and remove cover.
