Install Frame Brackets

  1. TCT009683

    Install three M12x40 carriage bolts (A) through plate (B) and right side frame (C).


  2. Install right mounting bracket (D) over bolts and secure to frame with three M12 flange locknuts.

    Remove four M8 nuts (E) and two M8x30 carriage bolts (F) to remove tail pipe.

    Install three M12x40 carriage bolts (G) through plate (H) and left side frame (I).


  5. Install left mounting bracket (J) over bolts and secure to frame with three M12 flange locknuts.

  6. Tighten hardware on right and left side mounting brackets.

    Install tail pipe using four M8 nuts (K). Tighten, in a cross pattern, to 28.5 N·m (21 lb.-ft.). Double check torque when done.


  8. Install two new M8x30 carriage bolts (L) and two new M8 crown nuts (from kit).
