Prepare Hopper For Installation

CAUTION: Fingers and hands can be pinched or crushed. Be aware of potential pinch points and keep hands away. Machine component is heavy. Use a safe lifting device or get an assistant to help lift and hold component into place for installation.

IMPORTANT: Damage may occur to hood during frame installation if frame contacts hood.

    Slide Bearings (C) on to each side of tilt frame (A) with the flange on the outside, making sure grease fitting (F) is pointing up..


  2. Position the tilt frame (A) onto the main frame (B) as it would be in the closed position and align bearing (C) as shown and attach with two M8x25 carriage bolts (D) and M8 locknut (E) per side.

    Attach cylinder (G) to main frame (H) and tilt frame (I) using 12.7 mm drilled pins and cotter pins.

    IMPORTANT: Face the motor portion of the cylinder towards machine Right

    NOTE: Can twist the rod end to extend the actuator to get it to pin in. Use switch to latch tilt frame to main frame.

    Install bumpers on brackets using an M8x30 bolt (J) and M8 washer on top and an M8 nut on bottom. Tighten until bumper starts to compress. Do not over tighten

    IMPORTANT: Do Not Use Slots. (Those are back up) Both sides.
