Removing Blower

CAUTION: Machine component or attachment is heavy. Use a safe lifting device or get an assistant to help lift, install or remove component or attachment.

NOTE: The blower assembly weighs approximately 32 kg (70 lbs)

It is not necessary to remove the front mounting bracket from the mower deck when removing the blower.

Drive belt shield not shown.

1. Remove drive belt shield and drive belt (A) from top sheave.

2. Remove front and rear lock pins.

3. NOTE: Discharge chute is spring loaded and will close automatically when blower is removed.

   Swing rear end of blower out and lift pivot pin from bracket.

4. Install MCS deck belt shield.
