Servicing Your Attachment

Please use the following timetables to perform routine maintenance on this attachment.

Daily - As Needed

• Clean hopper exhaust screen.
• Clean hose adapter and hose.

Every 50 Hours

• Check belt tensions.
• Check idler and jacksheave bearings.
• Inspect housing for wear.
• Grease control shaft bushings.
• Grease latch grease points.
• Grease tilt frame grease points.
• Check hose for wear and deterioration. Replace if necessary.
• Check elbow seal, door seal, and screen seal. Replace if necessary.
