Adjusting Front Roller Position

NOTE: Front roller has two positions relative to the reel. Better contour following is achieved if the front roller is positioned closer to the reel. Front roller must be positioned farther from reel if installing a Turf Conditioner or Rotary Turf Brush.

    Remove nut (A) and socket head bolt (B) from both sides of machine.


  2. Remove bracket (C) from both sides of machine, and remove from roller (D).

  3. Rotate roller support bracket (E) on both sides of machine towards front of machine as shown.

  4. Install front roller (D) and bracket (C) as shown on both sides of machine.

  5. Secure front roller on both sides of machine with socket head bolt (B) and nut (A).

  6. Adjust height of cut (see "Adjusting Cutting Height").
