Adjusting Greens Tender Conditioner (GTC) Or Rotary Brush
CAUTION: Avoid injury! Blades are sharp and rotate quickly:

Keeps hands and feet away from cutting units while machine is
running.

Always wear gloves while working on cutting units.

Watch for rotation of cutting reel. Rotating one cutting reel
can cause another blade or cutting reel to rotate.

Loosen T-handles (A) on both sides of cutting unit.

Rotate wing nuts (B) on both sides of cutting unit to lower
GTC or Rotary Brush shaft.

Measure from underside of screw head to top of gauge (C).
This is the cutting height (D).

Loosen wing nut (E) and adjust screw (F) to specifications.

Place gauge (G) against bottom of front and rear rollers and
bedknife cutting surface.

Rotate locknuts (H) on both sides of cutting unit to evenly
raise or lower height of GTC or Rotary Brush shaft until desired height
is achieved.

Rotate wing nuts (B) on both sides of cutting unit to raise
GTC or Rotary Brush shaft.

Tighten T-handles (A) on both sides of cutting unit.
NOTE: If brush or cutter is not adjusted correctly, lower engine
rpm or the machine pulling to one side can be expected.
