Rotate the engagement arm (D) upward as far as possible.

  4. Tighten two nuts (A).

  5. Check bail for proper operation:

    • When bail is released, the engagement arm (D) must return and fully engage travel clutch lever linkage (E) and the travel clutch lever must return to the released position.
    • With the engine running, PTO on and travel clutch lever engaged, the machine forward travel and reel rotation must stop when the bail is released.

If release of the bail does not result in the operations listed above, do not operate the machine until further diagnosis and corrective actions are taken.
