Belt Timing Procedure

1.

   Loosen idler pulley (A).

2. Remove belt guard.

3. Remove belt (B)

4. NOTE: Ignore all timing marks. Parts are made with timing marks. Timing marks are not used on the 800 model.

   Align the two outside tine arms (C) so that both are at the bottom of their stroke.

5. Install belt.

6. Install guard.

7. Apply pressure to belt and tighten idler.
