Adjusting Holes-Per-Square-Foot Dimension
Holes per square foot are determined by the ground speed of
the machine and the tine holder used.

TCAL41050-UN-18JAN13
-
Increasing the ground speed will reduce the number of holes
per square foot, but will increase forward hole spacing (A) and increase
the square feet aerated per hour.
-
Changing from 4x holders to mini tine holders will decrease
the tine hole spacing (B) and increase the number of holes per square
foot.
Ground speed is determined based on the number of holes desired
per square foot. Before beginning operation, take machine to practice
area to determine needed speed to provide desired holes per square
foot.
