Testing Park Brake

1. Inflate tires to correct pressures.

2. Stop machine on a 17° slope (30% grade). Stop engine and lock park brake.

Result: Park brake must hold the machine stationary. Machine should move no more than 61 cm (24 in.) in one hour. If machine moves more than that, brake needs to be adjusted. (See Adjusting Park Brake).
