Removing and Installing Tine Holders

1. NOTE: There are two sizes of tine holders (4x and mini tine) available for the AERCORE 800 to provide different hole spacing. Changing tine holders also requires changing the turf guards and the core deflectors.

   CAUTION: Avoid injury! Rotating parts can catch fingers, loose clothing, or long hair. Wait for engine and all moving parts to stop before leaving operators station to adjust or service machine.

   Park the machine safely. (See Parking Safely in the SAFETY section.)

   Remove two lock nuts (A) on either side of pivot and remove tine holder from machine.

3. Remove core deflector (B) from tine holder and install onto tine holder to be installed.

4. Install correct tines into selected tine holder and install tine holder to machine. Install holder and bolts from the front through the bracket and attach the two locking nuts. Tighten nuts to specification.
